Amazon Treasure Truck hits Dallas streets today, and here’s where it will be

Dallas’ Amazon Treasure Truck arrives today at 11 a.m. Lower Greenville is the first stop for the e-commerce giant’s attempt at a little guerilla marketing and salesmanship in the form of a truck that stocks just one, must-have item for each appearance. In the future, it will roll around town. But on its debut, Treasure Truck will be stationed at 5624 Sears St. from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Saturday. That’s near Trader Joe’s and Truck Yard. How Dallas gals are tackling dreaded Alzheimer’s one powder-puff flag at a time

** In two weeks, 152 young professional gals will take to the field at the Cotton Bowl for a flag-football game. More than 40 guys will coach with equal intensity from the sidelines under the Saturday night lights of the Fair Park stadium. Each will have raised at least $1,250 for the right to play in what’s likely to be sweltering 90-plus evening heat. Why?
